I am so excited to also share a couple other groups that may interest you since you are here......
"Let's Move" Outdoor Hikes, Walks, and Pilates Group! This is a beautiful and growing community where we come together once a month (and sometimes more) to move our bodies, connect, and enjoy the incredible outdoor spaces that Orange County has to offer.
This is more than fitness—it’s about fellowship, fresh air, and moving together as we place God 1st in our days. Whether you love walking, hiking, swimming, jogging, pilates, or simply being outdoors with great people, you are welcome here.
I’d love to share a few different ways you can get involved. Each option is designed to encourage movement, connection, and spiritual growth.
1. Let’s Move Small Group (Monthly Movement Meetups)
The purpose of the Let’s Move Small Group is simply to encourage people to get involved in different types of movement at least once a month.
We typically meet once a month, the last Saturday of the month, usually at 7:00 AM, at different locations throughout Orange County. The time may vary depending on the activity.
So far this year:
• January 31st: Met at Peters Canyon for a 2.5-hour high-intensity hike
• February 28th: Met at Jeffrey Trail in Irvine for a 1-hour walk, followed by coffee across the street for those who could stayed.
• March 28th : Meeting at Strand Beach in Dana Point at sunrise (group meets at 7:00 AM-9AM)
• April 25th: Planning an activity in San Juan Capistrano called Pilates with Baby Goats — an outdoor event open to everyone.
* May 30th is our next outdoor adventure day at Inspiration Point in Corona Del Mar.
2nd Option for you to get involved:
Join us for Pilates & Prayer Small Group – Irvine (Friday Evenings) weekly (unless noted) 6:00PM–8:00 PM. Location provided once you register, in IRVINE
Arrival time: 6 PM (especially encouraged if it’s your first time).
6:15PM -6:45PM We begin with 30 minutes of Mat Pilates on the floor. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, though I can also lend you one.
A signed waiver form is required to participate in the Pilates portion.
6:50-7:50 ish After Pilates, we move into a study and discussion time.
You’re welcome to try any or all of these options:
• Let’s Move Small Group: Monthly (usually the last Saturday) around 7:00–9:00 AM
• Pilates & Prayer: Fridays 6:00PM–8:00 PM
• Rise & Shine (5 AM Zoom): Monday–Friday weekly ongoing

You won’t know about them unless you read it for yourself. So we’ll talk about that in our time together. There is hope. You can filter misinformation from the culture. The 2026 YA theme is “Solid Anchor.” From February to July, our small groups will explore Max Lucado’s new book “Tame Your Thoughts”, helping us anchor ourselves in God and discover a way of thinking shaped not by the world, but by walking with Him. God designed our minds and gives us spiritual tools to renew our thoughts and transform our lives.
